  • The product is in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description

Conditions for Refunds

  • Damaged or Altered Products: If the product is returned damaged or shows signs of use, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
  • Missed Return/Exchange Window: Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@zealshop.in with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pickup Arrangement: Once approved, our delivery executive will schedule a pickup for the item at your convenience. Please ensure the product is well-packaged and ready for pickup.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Rejection: If the return does not meet the required conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as returns. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.
